For one exclusive evening, Golden Fleece Hotel welcomes Dezi Madaferri for her very first venue collaboration — a celebratory night of food, stories, and shared Greek heritage.
Winner of Plate of Origins and host of 10 Minute Kitchen, Dezi brings her unmistakable warmth and point of view to a menu inspired by memory, family tables, and the flavours she holds closest. She’ll be hosting the evening, guiding guests through a feast that feels both deeply nostalgic and unmistakably special.
Guests are welcomed with a signature cocktail on arrival, before sitting down to a curated, Greek-inspired menu designed for generosity, connection, and indulgence.
